How to purchase your Gift Certificate

Option 1: Use the Pay Now buttons on the Services & Rates page. You will need to include the address where you would like the Gift Certificate mailed.

Option 2: Complete the form below and we will send you an invoice.

Please be sure to give all the information required:

  Type of service you would like to purchase for your gift

  Method of payment preferred (personal check* or credit card**)

  Name and full mailing address of recipient if Certificate is to be mailed direct

 Message you wish to be included if Certificate is to be mailed direct to recipient (e.g. Happy Birthday, etc)

 Your full mailing address if Certificate is to be mailed to you

 Daytime phone number

 Indicate "Gift Certificate" in the subject line

*payments by personal check will take longer as we will wait for the check to clear before mailing out the Gift Certificate

**credit card payments are through Paypal. Please provide a valid email address as we will invoice you by email. Be sure to check your junk mail folder if you have a spam detector installed, or add massagesedona.com as an allowed sender
